WITHDRAWAL FROM A DISTANCE SALES CONTRACT
INFORMATION ON WITHDRAWAL FROM A DISTANCE SALES CONTRACT

1.Buyer-Consumer who has concluded a contract of sale at a distance may withdraw from it, without giving any reason, within 14 days from the day on which the Buyer-Consumer came into possession of the item or on which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by the Buyer-Consumer came into possession of the last item and return the goods under the terms and conditions referred to below (Withdrawal).

(2) In order to comply with the deadline for withdrawal, it is sufficient for the Buyer-Consumer to send information on the exercise of his right to withdraw from the contract before the expiration of the deadline referred to in paragraph 1.

(3) After the expiration of the deadline referred to in item. 1 above, the right of Withdrawal shall expire.

(4) In order to withdraw from the contract, the Buyer-Consumer must inform the Seller (Online Shop) in
by an unambiguous statement of withdrawal, sent, for example, by mail. A sample form is available on the website of the Online Store. The Buyer-Consumer may also send any other unambiguous statement of withdrawal to the address of the Online Store.

(5) Immediately - that is, as soon as possible, taking into account the circumstances of place and time - after receipt from the Buyer-Consumer of the withdrawal form or other unequivocal statement of withdrawal from the contract, the Online Store shall confirm its receipt on a durable medium, for example, by e-mail.

(6) In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the Online Store shall return to the Buyer-Consumer all payments received, including the costs of delivery of the item, except for the additional costs resulting from the method of delivery chosen by the Buyer-Consumer other than the cheapest ordinary method of delivery offered by the Online Store, immediately, and in any case no later than 14 days from the date on which the Online Store was informed by the Buyer-Consumer about the decision to exercise the right of withdrawal. Reimbursement of payments will be made using the same means of payment used by the Buyer-Consumer in the original transaction, unless the Buyer-Consumer has expressly agreed otherwise.

In the case of a partial return, only the purchase price of the goods is refunded to the buyer-consumer, without shipping costs

7 The online store may withhold the refund until it receives the item or until it provides proof of its return, whichever event occurs first.

8 The buyer-consumer shall bear the direct costs of returning (shipping/transfer/packing) the item. In particular, the Buyer-Consumer is asked to use such a method of packaging of returned items that will allow to protect the shipment in a manner appropriate to its type, in particular, damage during transport.

9 The Buyer-Consumer has the right to examine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. This means in particular that the Buyer-Consumer cannot use the item. If the use is found to be beyond what is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the thing, the BuyerConsumer shall be liable for any diminution in its value.

(10) The Buyer-Consumer is requested to return or transfer the item, together with the receipt (or VAT invoice) and the original return form, to the address of the Seller's Online Store immediately, and in any case no later than 14 days from the date on which he informed the Online Store about the withdrawal from the contract. The deadline is met if the Buyer-Consumer sends back the goods before the expiration of the 14-day period.
